Michael Fisher, who joins STRAT7+ as Partner | Senior Business Advisor, will have client responsibility for the development and deployment of innovative strategies that are designed to maximise customer-centric business growth. He will be leveraging disparate data sources to identify specific customer behaviour that will inform personalised and relevant engagement opportunities.

He brings with him over twenty years’ experience in customer analytics and data strategy, working in both client-side and agency roles including Director of Customer Analytics at Bonamy Finch. Fisher has a number of landmark projects under his belt enabling clients such as ITV, Nissan, ASOS, Shop Direct, Barclaycard, Ikea and Costa to utilise data, drive increased loyalty and grow customer value.

His has won many awards, including the Data & Marketing Association Awards Grand Prix for his work with an online retailer. Recently, Fisher was recognised in the inaugural #Insight250 as one of 250 of the world’s leading pioneers and innovators in market research, data-driven marketing and intelligence.
