STRAT7 announces a host of senior promotions to underpin ambitious growth plans

STRAT7, the tech-enabled insight consultancy, announces several new senior-level promotions to support its ambitious growth strategy.

Not only are they very well deserved for the contribution these individuals have made to STRAT7’s success so far, they are also an important underpin to our future growth plans. Paul Carney, former Managing Director at Bonamy Finch, becomes a Partner at STRAT7’s growing consultancy practice, helping to bring his extensive experience and the full breadth of the group’s services to long-term global clients.

Paul Jackson moves from Head of Advanced Analytics at Bonamy Finch to become Managing Director at Bonamy Finch. As STRAT7’s advanced analytics specialists, the Bonamy Finch team will focus on developing three core offerings: advanced analytics to optimise marketing effectiveness; hybrid segmentation which helps brands unlock the full potential of their customer data; and strat7.ai which uses AI and machine learning to analyse unstructured social data to support segmentation, brand and customer experience decisions.

Dave Naylor is promoted to Group CTO (Chief Technology Officer) at STRAT7. Dave will continue to build and roll-out STRAT7’s product and technological roadmap, whilst delivering innovations for the group’s flagship insights platform, ex-plor. This is a critical ongoing initiative to support the company’s positioning as a tech-enabled insight consultancy.

Peter Weylie joins the North American board as Senior Director at Incite. Peter is a highly experienced management consultant and four-time winner of the prestigious Ogilvy Award for research excellence. He has advised a broad cross-section of Fortune 100 companies including Microsoft, Amazon, Apple, American Express and Disney. He brings significant senior leadership experience to the group having previously served as President of AnswerLab LLC and President of Ipsos UU.

Gordon Sherratt is promoted to Group IT Director at STRAT7, reflecting the role he has been performing for some time. He will deliver the continued investment in the group’s IT infrastructure services and cloud platforms, which is crucial to driving collaboration and best in class information security across the group.
