STRAT7 bolsters Sales & Marketing team

STRAT7 has bolstered its Sales & Marketing team following a period of strong growth across the group. This follows several recent hires into all areas of the business, including Customer Success, Data Science and Platform Development, and Business Advisory.

New appointments include Giles Darby as Group Commercial Director, responsible for creating commercial strategies to deliver rapid revenue growth. He previously held roles at Kantar Media, Touchcast, Global Media & Entertainment and Virgin Radio.

Working closely with Giles Darby will be Paul Wilson who joined Researchbods as Business Development Manager at the end of last year. He previously worked in a variety of SaaS and Market Intelligence sales roles, including Hitwise and ContentCal.

Richard Morland has joined as Group Marketing Director, responsible for overall marketing strategy and increasing brand awareness for STRAT7 and its operating companies including Researchbods, Bonamy Finch and recently acquired Crowd DNA. He previously held senior marketing roles at 1E and GfK.

Also joining the marketing team is Oliver Gwynne who has taken the role of Content & Digital Marketing Manager, joining from international consulting firm Proservartner.

STRAT7 is headquartered in London with offices in Amsterdam, Leeds, New York, Singapore, Stockholm and Sydney. The group now has a combined headcount of 200, up 50% since January last year.

He has spent most of his career working on in-house front-end innovation where he delivered mid/long term strategic projects for brands such as Durex, Scholl, Veet and KY. He is focussed on delivering pragmatic but provocative innovation strategy for CPG categories.
